It is a detachable plate heat exchanger, made up of plates, bolts, clamping plates, flanges, floor corners, and sealing gaskets.

The BKH plate heat exchanger consists of a heat transfer corrugated plate and a frame. The plates are clamped between the fixed pressing plate and the movable pressing plate with the help of bolts. Numerous flow channels are formed within the heat exchanger, and the plates are sealed using rubber.The pressure plate is equipped with connecting pipes that link the equipment to the exterior. The plate is made of a corrosion-resistant metal sheet. The four corners of the plate are punched with corner holes, which serve as the inlets and outlets for the medium. Additionally, there are hanging holes at the top and bottom.The herringbone ripple pattern can enhance the disturbance of the fluid, enabling the fluid to reach a turbulent state even at a low speed, thereby achieving a high heat transfer effect. A special structure is employed to ensure that there will be no leakage between the two fluid media.
